I recently stayed at the stunning Taleon Imperial in the heart of St. Petersburg for a 4-day trip. The hotel surpassed my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and attentive, always quick to respond to any request. The rooms were impeccably clean, with luxurious amenities, and the Villeroy & Boch bathroom was a true treat. The hotel's spa was absolutely majestic, with a serene swimming pool and a lovely sauna. The location on Nevsky Prospect was ideal, allowing me to easily explore the city's sights and activities. this is the best hotel I've ever experienced, offering true luxury at an unbeatable price.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel with a great location. The impressive interior design and beautiful chandeliers create a luxurious atmosphere. Our spacious room had a comfortable bed and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The art boutique at the reception provided excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent, the staff help in English and in Russian.
I found it a bit annoying having get a new code for the WiFi access everyday. If one purchases access for so many days then the access code should be good for that many days. The other concern was that the outside door to our room 419 to the small courtyard could not be closed and locked. This made the room potentially vulnerable for an intruder. This was not repaired even when brought to the attention of staff.

We were delighted to stay at a hotel that resembled a grand palace, with exquisite architecture and artwork. The suite we were upgraded to was amazing, and the butler service provided was incredibly helpful. Despite some issues with the wifi, the breakfast room was absolutely stunning, and the gym and spa facilities were top-notch. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the main sights and enjoying the nearby shops and restaurants.

It is not only a hotel. it is more. the atmosphere gave me everything which was Saint Petersburg past and today . Luxury place. Everything you can get in this only single place. Relax by the pool, or overlooking from the top deck , or just a meeting place....even thoug a lot of places for private discussions,or you just sip your tea and meditate ....its an atmosphere...that is it...I am glad i choose this hotel.
Prices are high....but again...worth of it.

Comfort, Spa, Restaurants and Bars Groom service Room service
Asking for money all the time in any place shouting in the restaurant that "your deposit cannot cover the bill" even as you gave copy of passport, and a 66% cash deposit. Card system is very poor and do not accept all type of credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) especially when they are delivered by a CIS country!!!! (Ukraine in my case) The room is never really cleaned! dust on all the furniture and it didn t change during our 4 nights stay. Smoking room without ashroom (i waited till the third day to have one in the room), room service is not get back during the cleaning (two days our dirty plates styed in the room!) For the spa : at 7pm as employees wanan go home (they are supposed to work until 10pm...) the turn off the saunas even if you are inside. Nobody is cleaning /drying the floor in sauna and I hardly broke my leg fallingon the floor... A big terrace without ... any transat nor chair to stay on. Celarly I do not recommend it as it is maximum a four stars international rated hotel but for the price of a palace (5+ stars). I would recommend clearly Hyatt or Radison Royal Hotel... Same prices and service of real 5+ Stars hotel.
